At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized items and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original APM Monaco box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
